ImageGear artistic effects make the image appear to have been hand-painted.

• The IG_FX_oilify function makes the image appear similar to an oil painting.
• The IG_FX_pointillist function makes the image appear to have been painted in the pointillism style of painting. This effect is also known as Dot Mosaic.
• The IG_FX_spatter function applies a spatter effect to an image, making it look as if it had been painted in the impressionist style of painting.
